Welcome to Heaven Sent Construction
We are a local family-owned wholesale construction company located in Tampa, FL. Heaven Sent Construction was founded by Florida native Francisco Diaz who has been in the construction industry since his youth.
Our company believes in giving back to the community through community service projects and events. We have established a youth discipleship program for young individuals to learn the trades of wholesale construction along with projects at our roofing division, how to interact in the professional world, and give them the tools to succeed in all future ventures.

Our Team
Francisco
Francisco Diaz currently serves as a general manger. He has had a passion for wholesale renovations since the age of 15, when he began an apprenticeship in wholesale construction and roofing, quickly realizing his gifts and talents. As his passion for wholesaling grew, clients began requesting him by name even though he was still a teenager. His creativity and knowledge in the trade continued and Heaven Sent Roofing and Construction were founded in 2006. He entered into new ventures, culminating into the leader he is today.
Yvonne
Yvonne currently serves as the office manager for Heaven Sent Roofing. Yvonne comes to us with a lifelong love for construction, passed down to her from her father. Her dad was a carpenter, and she was his assistant. As an adult, volunteering to help with construction opportunities through her church or Habitat for Humanity, became a great source of joy. “My father was a perfectionist, and inspired me to take pride in everything I do, whether big or small”. Yvonne looks forward to helping all our clients receive the best outcome for their homes.
Erica
Erica comes to Heaven Sent Construction with over a decade of customer service experience and passion for helping others. The greater purpose of making a difference in our community, is the driving force behind her work ethic. On her free time, Erica can be found reading, singing and enjoying time with her family.
